No, you don’t need a doctor’s referral to book a physiotherapy appointment at Aspire Wellness. You can directly book an appointment with our physiotherapists. However, if you have been referred by a doctor, please bring any relevant reports or prescriptions.
The number of sessions depends on your condition, its severity, and how your body responds to treatment. During your first visit, our physiotherapist will assess your condition and give you an estimated treatment plan. Most conditions require 6-12 sessions, though some may need more or fewer.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow easy movement. For lower body treatments, shorts or loose pants are ideal. For upper body treatments, a t-shirt or tank top works well. Avoid tight jeans or restrictive clothing.
